About the Recipe
Plenty of garlic, dill, and other spices make this a memorable ranch dressing. The creaminess of the dressing is well balanced by the tang of the fresh lemon.
Ingredients
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup full-fat buttermilk
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 ½ tsp coconut aminos
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Celtic sea salt
fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream. mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, coconut aminos, celery salt, garlic, chives and parsley until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste and then enjoy on your favorite salads or as a dip.
