About the Recipe

Greek yogurt provides a number of nutrients and is particularly rich in protein, vitamin B12, riboflavin (B2), and selenium. Additionally, compared with regular yogurt, Greek yogurt lower in carbs and sugar. Keep all of this in mind as you eat this delectable parfait with all its rich creaminess. It's the perfect sweet tooth fix!!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, organic whole-fat, unflavored and unsweetened

  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter, organic, unsweetened (or almond butter)

  • 1 tbsp Lankanto Monk Fruit (add more if you want it sweeter)

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon


  • 2 tbsp walnuts or pecans, crushed

  • 1tbsp Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips

  • 1tbsp Lily's Salted Caramel Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut, shredded and unsweetened

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, monk fruit, peanut butter and cinnamon. Add to a serving dish.


Top the greek yogurt off with the nuts, chocolate chips and coconut. Serve and enjoy!
