Hi, I'm Coach Tay!
I’m a certified Nutritionist and Metabolic Balance Coach on a mission to help women ditch the dieting drama and create holistic healthy habits that last.
My programs are designed to help women understand how to boost their metabolism, balance their blood sugars, kick medications to the curb and increase their energy while healing from the inside out. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. As we work together, we will discover how to bring your body, and life back into balance.
I’ve been working with clients to create sustainable holistic healthy lifestyles for 4+ years and have used my program framework to transform the health of my clients, including myself. I know it’s not easy to do this alone which is why I’ve fallen in love with guiding women on their journey to take back control of their health and finally feel confident in their body.
